CPE Class 17 Completes APCO’s Prestigious Certified Public-Safety Executive Program

Alexandria, Va. – The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) International is pleased to announce that the following individuals have earned the Certified Public-Safety Executive (CPE) designation, after completing a rigorous six-month program and the culminating course –  a two-week capstone seminar at APCO headquarters in Daytona Beach, Florida.

In his graduation speech, class president Terry Williams reflected on his time in the CPE program by thanking his classmates and saying, “I will always value the time we have spent together and what I have been blessed to learn from each of you as the singular most important part of this entire experience. I am a far better man and will be a far better leader for having known each of you in the way we do.” He added, “We emerge, today, victorious. I, for one, am immeasurably honored to be a part of this group, this team, this family we have built over the course of this journey.”
