APCO Recommends Measures to Improve Wireless Emergency Alerts
APCO filed comments with the FCC regarding improvements to Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA). The WEA system is used by authorized public safety agencies to send emergency messages to mobile devices in specified geographic areas.
